Talk to a designer about your needs, dreams and budget and book with Spaces Alive Designers by paying a fraction of the payment. This gets adjusted in your final amount.

 

2.  Let's start designing ( Time 30 days )

Our team measures and assesses your home, to convert the same into 2D and photo realistic 3D views.

 

3.  Production begins at our factory Time: 60 days*

While your home is getting built, shop for decor with your designer. Our designs are ready to be shipped in 60 days, after quality checks and steps to ensure hygiene

4.  Move-In Time: 15 days*

Our team will bring your home to life in 15 days. Move in and start living your dream Peace of mind kicks in with our 10-year warranty and maintenance.

Ordering

1.  What does Spaces Alive do?

Spaces Alive is a full-service professional interior design & build firm, led by Designers and focused on providing Designer homes that are personalized to Client’s requirements, ideas and dreams at value for money prices. We aim to bring premium design and quality for home buyer.

 

2.  How does it work?

The entire process is designed around giving you a custom home in your budget; we take care of every part of your home interiors while you kick back and relax. The process starts when you meet our awesome design team (by booking a design consultation).

 

3.  How do I place an order?

Since each home is custom made, orders are placed after you meet our designer and get a customized design proposal tailor-made for your home.

Materials & Quality

1.  Material and Quality?

We only work with the best brands from India and across the world. All our products are tested and developed with these brands to ensure maximum life for your home.

We also have stringent and documented quality control to ensure that each piece of furniture is delivered to match our high standards.

 

2.  Will you help us with civil, false ceiling and electrical work?

We at Spaces Alive aim to bring you a one-of-a-kind Design & Build experience, which means we will do almost anything to bring your dream home to life. So you can relax and our team will take care of everything. All extra services like civil work, electrical, false ceiling can be taken up by Spaces Alive. These will be based on our standard fixed rates which include labor management and installation on your behalf. The Final cost of these services will be made as per actual after signup. Site visits & measurements will be a part of your final estimate or bill.

 

3.  Post Sales Service

Facing an issue with your interiors post-occupying? Not a problem: our team is just an email or phone call away. We have a dedicated Client Happiness manager that will help solve any problems you may face and will continue to provide you with after-sales service in line with our warranty policy. So you can relax not only during but even after you move in. Our relationship with you is for life.

 

4.  Dedicated customer happiness manager?

Your happiness is of the utmost importance to us, which is why you will have a dedicated customer happiness manager from the moment you sign on with Spaces Alive ( that’s right… we have people who measure your happiness :-)) Any time you feel the need, please reach out to us and they we will work with the concerned team to solve any issues with the level of service you get at Spaces Alive.

 

5.  What materials do you use?

At Spaces Alive we have tested certain materials and finishes which we believe work best for Indian conditions and we work only with these materials. For a detailed reference of materials and brands we work with, please check your estimate or ask your dedicated designer to share the list.

 

6.  Which are the brands you work with?

At Spaces Alive we work with only the best national and international brands sourcing directly from them: Hettich, Grass, Merino, Royal Touch, St. Gobain, Asian Paints and Greenlam are a few brands we work with. For a detailed reference of materials and brands we work with, please check your estimate or ask your dedicated designer to share the list.

 

 

 

Production and Installations

 

1.  What is the time frame for Delivery?

Our standard timeline for delivery is 60 days from the day of payment of 50% of the total order value and design sign off. This includes procurement, production, multiple quality checks and installation by our trained team.

While we try to ensure that every home is delivered on-time, every time, due to unforeseen circumstances or disruption in the supply chain that is out of our control, there may be a delay in some cases whereby we will keep you informed at all times and try our best to deliver as fast as possible.

 

 

2.  Site Supervision

You no longer have to worry about going to site to check quality or progress, our trained team of project managers tracks everything and ensures that your home is delivered on time and with care. This is part of our service and costs are included in your estimate that means you pay nothing extra for professional site management services.

 

 

3.  Care on site

Our team takes the utmost care to ensure that your home stays protected during our installation process. We generally cover all switches and flooring to ensure that it is protected to the maximum level possible.

 

 

4.  Installations

Our trained team of installers takes care of all your furniture and design-related installation, we design it – we install it. This is the best way to ensure that your home looks exactly like what was imagined. You no longer have to worry about 

unprofessional labour bringing your dream home to life, with Spaces Alive your home is in safe hands.

 

 

Pricing

 

1.  Do you have a standard per sft. cost?

Since each unit is custom designed and may include many moving parts, we do not have a standard square foot cost. Our costing is generated by our in-house software that ensures fair pricing for all our customers and is based on an individual unit basis.

 

 

2.  How is pricing calculated?

Each product is priced individually based on its size, its design, the material finish and hardware used as well storage options. The prices are generated dynamically from our software based on your custom design, giving you full flexibility to create designer homes.

 

 

 

 

Payments

 

1.  How do I make payments?

At Spaces Alive we accept payments via cheque, online transfer or through your credit or debit cards.

 

 

2.  Do I have option of EMI payments?

Yes, we do :-), please get in touch with your designer and they will help you get Best EMI rates from one of our financial partners.

 

 

 

Warranty

 

1.  Duration

Spaces Alive homes come with a warranty of Up to 10 years. Please check your product document at the time of installation on your warranty card. 

2.  The warranty is applicable only to modular furniture made and installed by Spaces Alive which specifically carries the warranty.

A valid proof of purchase or warranty card must be shown to avail the warranty. Upon approval of warranty claim, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or comparable product with a value not higher than the price of the original product purchased.

Due to material and finish variation, the replaced product may not be an exact replica of the installed product and there may be some variation due to batch differences in laminate, veneer or any other used material.

In the event that repair work has been done to a product without any authorisation from Spaces Alive, the product’s warranty coverage is automatically void.

All modular furniture does not automatically come with a 10-year warranty; products with a 10-year warranty will be specifically mentioned as such. Warranty terms and conditions are fixed, non-negotiable, non-transferable and only benefits the original purchasers of the product.

 

 

3.  This warranty is not applicable on?

To products or furniture that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, altered, misused, or cleaned with wrong methods of cleaning or cleaning products or material.

Unusual wear and tear, scratches, cuts or damage caused by impacts or accidents or by abnormal or unintended use of the product or furniture.

If products have been placed in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes or outdoors (unless otherwise stated). To consequential or incidental damages.

The warranty is not absolute and is applicable only on the modular woodwork. Our quality control team’s decision on warranty validity or damage is final and binding on the purchaser.
